As soon as instructed we complete an initial desk top study to request all known utility information on site (this can take up to 3 weeks), then complete the Topographical Survey. Only when all of this information is received do we attempt to locate underground services on site.
Each site presents its own challenges. The survey team have to analyse and then select the appropriate tools and methods necessary to execute the brief.
The proven routes and service provider information (if undetected) are then added to the final drawing. The desk top study is also provided.
